If you go to the interface side of the controller of the miner, you will be able to find the TF card slot and the setting button for the IP. Interface for the Ethernet, a button for restarting the miner, and the status indicating lights. All the functions of these interfaces are listed below.
- Button for IP Settings – You need to press this button for around 4 seconds. After that, you will be able to see the miner machine IP in the Set Ip tool. You can switch the miner to the static mode. Now, you need to set the Ip in the Set IP. This Ip must be in the IP range of the network.
After doing this, you need to press and hold the IP settings button for around 4 to 15 seconds. Then, it will make the miner switch to DHCP. Thus, it will obtain the IP address. After that all the settings in the miner machine will get restored to their default values.
If you press the IP settings button for more than 20 seconds, then you will end up switching the dynamic IP to a static one.
- Restart Button – This button is provided for restarting the miner machine.
- Status Indicator – This light indicates the status of the miner machine. If you see steady light, it indicates that the IP address is in static mode. If the light is flashing continuously, it indicates that the IP address is in acquisition mode.
- The integrated power supply unit of the INNOSILICON T2T-32T Bitcoin Miner machine comes with a switch for easy control. A metal sheet is used for connecting the power supply unit with the miner. You can see two power supply interfaces in the control board of the miner. There is a 4-pin interface that is used to give the power to the control board. The other 6-pin interface is used for supplying the power to the fans in the system. These fans are provided for removing the excess heat from the machine. If you remove the power supply unit, you can clearly see all the connecting wires in the miner. The connection between the air outlet fan and the control board is via the power supply unit.
There are three computing power boards in the INNOSILICON T2T-32T Bitcoin Miner machine. The heat sink comes with an oblique design. This design helps to lower the wind resistance on the system. It also helps to enhance the intake of air into the mining system. Thus, the overall heat dissipation efficiency will be improved in the system.
There are a couple of 12 V fans used in this mining machine. These are 14 cm fans with a current rating of 4.5 A. They help to remove the excess heat from the miner. The INNOSILICON T2T-32T Bitcoin Miner machine is an easy to install miner. First, you need to plug in the power supply and the network cable to the miner. The power consumed by the INNOSILICON T2T-32T Bitcoin Miner machine exceeds 1800 Watts. So, you need to check and ensure that the power cable you are using meets the required power standards. The diameter of the power wire must not be less than 1.5 mm as per the standards. If you use a power wire with a diameter less than this value, it will affect the performance of the miner, and it can even damage the miner.
The ambient temperature of the testing environment is 17 degrees Celsius. The noise from the miner is around 79 decibels. The standby power consumption is around 33.5 Watts.
You need to find the IP address of the miner machine first. You will not be able to find the IP address with the help of the MAC address here. It is because there is no MAC address marking on the network card of the mining machine. So, in order to find the IP address, you need to have a look at the name of the mining machine. You can use the IP scanner software or the controller IP setting button to find the IP address of the mining machine.
Now, you need to go to the control page of the mining machine. First, open the network browser, and you can input the Ip address details in the address bar of the browser. Then, you can use the default log in name and the default password to enter into the log in page of the machine. Both password and username will be admin by default. Now, log in to the control page of the miner machine.
Now, you need to change the address of the mining pool. Go to the Settings/ Pool option on the left side of the menu bar. You can enter the settings for the mining pool here. You can change the name of the miner and address of the mining pool and add details of the backup mining pool here. Once you have entered all the details, click on the Update Pools section below to save all these details. Now, you have updated the mining address.
You can also modify the IP address of the INNOSILICON T2T-32T Bitcoin Miner machine. In order to do that, you need to go to the settings/ network page. You can go for static or a dynamic address, according to your requirement. Once you are done with all the modification settings, you need to click on the Update button to save all the changes. There are four preset mining modes in the INNOSILICON T2T-32T Bitcoin Miner machine. You will get a fan speed of 30 percent when the miner is running during its normal operation. The level of noise will be around 77 to 80 decibels during this time. Once the temperature of the miner crosses a particular threshold value, the speed of rotation of the cooling fans will start to increase in a linear fashion.
